The goal of the organization is to help all people to improve their career and business opportunities and, ultimately, their lives.

Spring4th Consulting was founded in 2001 by Deshannee’ Johnice, a senior human resources professional and former executive and advisor to Fortune 100 organizations. Ms. Johnice is also the author of Everybody Else’s Guides, a career planning book series. Her latest book is Everybody Else’s Guide to Green & Socially Responsible Careers.
